Would like to personally thank Hayley Ives , who helped with important travel info , can honestly say I have used cruise 118 ( and wasn’t satisfied with the company recently and their customer service ( and was going to be my last time using the company but Hayley spent the time to help me and dealt with my enquiries ( so booked another cruise !
