A bit disappointed that the website offers were not available and the ones that were available were at a higher price than advertised. The advisor, however, took time to find us another cruise and a cabin that was right for us, and even took time to chat about my past cruises

I must say this was my second company I spoke to about looking for a cruise for some very personal reasons! The first company I spoke to were the total opposite to what my experience was with Sam! He let me take my time and explain my reasons for looking for a cruise. I told him what I wanted and he went through and found a few different options then came up with one that ticked all the boxes, as he promised he would! Sam was patient, very understanding, actually listened to what my requirements were…… his what I would call “his bedside manor was superb”. Sam used all his experiences and knowledge off cruising himself and off course with his job to find exactly what I wanted! Thank you Sam from the bottom of my heart for helping me in the way you did and taking as much time as I needed !

The staff are always very courteous and helpful and prices are competitive. I have one gripe though and that is the lack of clarity in the breakdown of costs relating to different parts of packages. We have received invoices that don't add up and have never been able to get hold of a clear statement of what we owe and what credits we have from cruises that have been cancelled due to covid.

our Caribbean cruise had to be cancelled because of Covid - Jennifer assisted us in rebooking a cruise for June in the eastern Mediterranean with a great deal of patience, pleasantness and good humour

Our cruise concierge Sam Richardson was very helpful throughout the booking process and was patient in dealing with our needs and change of plans. Very friendly and informative and shared his experience of having been on the cruise we chose. Replied promptly to emails with follow up phone calls. Excellent service
