“Rang cruise 118 today & spoke to Robyn wild ,very helpful lovely lady,she booked my cruise & sorted out my cruise that I’d booked in February well I was onboard ncl prima & no one had rang me to confirm they had received it after I’d emailed them with the details, she was very helpful & it’s all sorted now.5 stars Robyn”

“We have used Cruise118 several times. And yesterday’s encounter with their representative ‘Jen’ reminded us why this is our go-to company when booking a cruise. As with all of the previous representatives, Jen was friendly, helpful, clear and incredibly patient whilst we tried to make up our minds as to what we wanted out of our cruise, especially when we completely changed which cruise we wanted after she had done all the work to build our original choice. Thank you for being so understanding. Gave us time to think about our purchase and rang us back when she said she would (which is refreshing in a world where so many people promise things and don’t deliver) Jen listened to what we wanted, suggested possible improvements and found us the most suitable cabin based on our requirements and even managed to save us a few quid. She even rang me back after the booking was completed to say she had been looking at the home to port airline website and found us some good seats on the plane based on our requirements. Outstanding service. And yet Another positive experience with this company!”

“Prices shown on screen are pure works of fantasy and fiction and simply do not exist. Anything with flights are from Down South so the North and Midlands are insignificant. Im pretty sure the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) would be keen to see how the company can offer prices on screen that are nothing more than works of fiction”

“Looks like I may need to cancel my cruise. Contacted 1/8 to be told not many staff can process refunds and could take up to 4 weeks, not acceptable in my opinion. I have booked many cruises with them in the past maybe no more after this.”

“We spoke to Dale after having an email early in the day as we live abroad. Asked for a call back which we received promptly at 9 am. Dale was very efficient,answered all our queries and we are looking forward to our cruise in England. Hoping Ambassador lives up to our expectations.”
