“Always a friendly helpful service. Research prices and cruise 118 always comes up cheapest with a great service. Was cheaper than the actual cruise line them selves by quite alot. Will always book my cruises through them.”

“Excellent Customer Service from Ellie Bridges. From the first phone call with Ellie, she went above and beyond. So kind and helpful to her there was no silly questions. I mentioned that I had two teens with autism and she was amazing. I’ll definitely use Ellie to book our next cruise and I’ll recommend her to all my friends and family.”

“I cannot praise Bryony Lightfoot enough, was going to book online, but their system was having issues (actually turned out to be MSC fault) so called and got Bryony, my lucky day! She was so patient with a very slow system, honoured the online price and called MSC to advise them it was my husbands special birthday on boarding day. Both cabins booked and linked with ease, highly recommend booking with Bryony, such a pleasant lady who made my booking process stress free.”
