We dealt with a lovely young lady called Karoline and both my husband and myself were blown away by her expertise and her mission to get us the best deal possible in so many ways. “On the day previous to my booking an unnamed young lady failed to phone me at 2.30pm as promised. Rachel quickly went through the booking process and left me full of confidence that my cruise was booked and that I had done the right thing in returning to CRUISE118”

“We have used Cruise118 several times. And yesterday’s encounter with their representative ‘Jen’ reminded us why this is our go-to company when booking a cruise. As with all of the previous representatives, Jen was friendly, helpful, clear and incredibly patient whilst we tried to make up our minds as to what we wanted out of our cruise, especially when we completely changed which cruise we wanted after she had done all the work to build our original choice. Thank you for being so understanding. Gave us time to think about our purchase and rang us back when she said she would (which is refreshing in a world where so many people promise things and don’t deliver) Jen listened to what we wanted, suggested possible improvements and found us the most suitable cabin based on our requirements and even managed to save us a few quid. She even rang me back after the booking was completed to say she had been looking at the home to port airline website and found us some good seats on the plane based on our requirements. Outstanding service. And yet Another positive experience with this company!”

“Prices shown on screen are pure works of fantasy and fiction and simply do not exist. Anything with flights are from Down South so the North and Midlands are insignificant. Im pretty sure the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) would be keen to see how the company can offer prices on screen that are nothing more than works of fiction”
