“We had to cancel a cruise and rebook it for later next year and book a new one for Christmas. Both Sally and Scarlet were extremely patient with us and very helpful in sorting the bookings out. Really happy with what they did for us, credit to your company.”

With this type of reservation, you select the cabin category (such as inside, ocean view, or balcony), and the cruise line allocates the specific cabin closer to departure. “We used cruise 118 because they were offering a great online deal which will be ideal for our grandchildren. We had a few issues with the account when we booked, however, the cruise team couldn’t have been more helpful to get things sorted. Our holiday is not due til 2027, but I’d definitely use cruise 118 again and recommend others to try them. Their team are happy to help with any problems.”
