“Yaseen took my booking today on the Emerald Princess Cruise around the British Isles leaving from Southampton on 14th June. He also linked me up with friends who had already booked. I give him a 5 Star rating because he was extremely helpful, competent, efficient and friendly. Thank you Yaseen.”

“I cannot fault the knowledge and efficiency of the staff sorting my booking and will always come to cruise 118 to tailor my cruise holiday. However, i never seem to receive the confirmation email and have to chase every time.”

“Great customer service from Claire today! She managed to find us a cheaper price on our already booked honeymoon cruise! It was so simple, she rang Royal Caribbean for us and sorted it out. She also managed to get us $50 onboard credit. Never had a bad experience with Cruise 118! Would definitely recommend.”
