“Since the lady I used to deal with has left the company I have not enjoyed the booking process with them that is until I got Shelley on the phone yesterday she was so helpful and lovely to deal with all my future bookings will be made through her”

“Very good service. John Marcinko the Sales Concierge was really helpful with advice but not too pushy. The price came in lower than other cruise lines on the itinerary so I was happy to go ahead and confirm the booking. The website was user friendly and easy to search.”
