Our cruise coordinator that assisted and booked our forthcoming cruise in the Med was absolutely delightful! Her name is Fiona and from start to finish she explained every detail, went thoroughly through all our options as there are 8 of us going so we needed to accommodate all ages. I went with a price and requirements in mind and ended up with a beautiful July cruise and 2 mini suites.. She was helpful, reliable as it took quite a lot of TUESDAY morning but I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Her email confirmation and all the extra details arrived the same day and we are now excitedly planning our itinerary and will definitely book again with Cruise 118 Thank you Fiona and will be sure to send some pictures of Princess Cruise 🚢 onboard The Sky princess. Andrea as usual was ‘ on the ball’ booking confirmed and first choice of cabin. Even though we were on a cruise at the time bookings launched we had more confidence in booking with Andrea than with the future cruise sale desk.

A very patient and helpful courier,I changed my cabin and she was very helpful indeed.,also helped me with advice of going thtough the airport. I have booked another cruise for Jan Feb.

Lovely people to deal with, but we had problems with phone calls back not happening to sort a booking out, resulting in increase cruise fares as the prices went up. Waiting time on phone was on average 25 minutes

Great service from Shelley throughout. Great advice on prices and cabin availability. Price paid was better than buying direct from the cruise line. All my questions dealt with straightaway and future procedures explained. Would not hesitate to recommend Cruise 118.

Advertised cost when I phoned you to price at exactly the same criteria was 40% higher. I’d call that false advertising and misleading potential customers during difficult times. No excuse for it other than being shocking!

As a company that prides itself on our customer satisfaction ratings, we are disappointed to learn of your issues. From time to time cruise lines release many fluid offers to stimulate sales. These fluctuate due to the supply and demand of the product. There can be occasions where the demand is high and the price then increases. We always aim to advertise the best lead-in fare which is usually the lowest grade. We use a third-party company to update our website as per the latest prices that the cruise lines advertise from their live websites/booking systems. As I am sure you will appreciate availability is also changing especially now due to increasing high demand, unfortunately, it is sometimes the case that we can not update our website quickly enough to keep up with the increase in pricing. My explanation also applies to any marketing that is sent to our customers. I hope this explains our position a little more, I would like to thank you for taking the time to contact us. Kind Regards.
