All went well until I received the final invoice for a holiday in Jan 2024. This was for a holiday that was booked on the 29th August and the deposit paid. I then received the final invoice later that day saying that the holiday would be cancelled in 7 days time if I didn’t pay it. Didn’t pick this e mail up until Tuesday 30th August 2022 I called Cruise 118 waited for at least 45 mins for call to be answered. By this time the stress level was going through the roof. They apologised and said it was a clerical error and sent me another e mail with the correct payment date. Still stressed out really uncertain as to whether this holiday will be cancelled on Sunday 4th September 2022. On the whole my husband have been pleased with cruise 118.

The booking agent, (Georgina), was friendly polite and very knowledgible. The booking process was made easy by her friendly approach. She was patient and pleasant and smoothed out any difficulties and she was very reassuring which made the whole thing a good experience.

I have to say that it took us a while for us to choose our ideal cruise but Ann Dorian was helpful and patient with nothing being too much trouble. This was our first time booking a cruise and Ann gave us expert advice as she had cruised on Cunard's Queen Victoria herself.

I have Just recently booked a cruise to go to the Caribbean in November. My sales consultant Tracey Ashton was absolutely brilliant. Tracey listened to all my needs and wants in a cruise and found us the perfect one at a price that suited our budget. Tracey started off as our sales consultant but by the end of our booking I felt that I had actually met a friend. she was professional, courteous, and I will certainly be using Tracey in the future should I be looking to book another cruise.

The website is awful. Cannot find what I was looking for. I was told you have a live chat facility. Where is it? Tried ringing. Was kept on hold for ages and then the person was not very helpful and did not call me back. When we booked we thought we would have one named person looking after us. This is not the case. Will not use 118 again

Two of my transfers cancelled a few weeks before we go. Rather than re-book I'm told I'll be refunded so I can organise myself. Not great service but fine... A couple of weeks later and I've received no refund, and I'm going in 4 days. My balance is just showing as negative given I have paid the holiday in full. I've called the Concierge team twice now and been on hold over 30 mins both times before I've had to end the call because I am at work and have other commitments. Given the Concierge team are only available 9am to 4pm I don't know what to try next. I emailed the Concierge team and that email hasn't been acknowledged. Quick to take money but you're making it extremely difficult for me to get my owed money back.

Fantastic customer service from Hannah, I have now booked 3 cruises with her and this is purely based on her fast responses and always being there to answer any questions that I have. Hannah is a great asset to Cruise 118 and I wouldn’t use anybody else.
