“Impossible to get through on the phone to book after being given a quote. Phoned 10 times but got cut off after holding on for ages. Phoned back the next day only to find that the prices had gone up. No reply on twitter. Complaint sent but no response.”

“No words to describe how well ‘Our Phil’ deals with this Cruiseaholic. ALWAYS replies immediately whether it’s an email or phone call & gets all my cruises sorted 💯 of the time. Don’t waste your time going with any other cruise company. Why fix what ain’t broke?”

“Fantastic personal service. It was so lovely to have someone locally at the end of the line instead of in a call centre far far away. Jen was a fountain of knowledge and knew a lot about the ships, airports, getting to the airport from where I live and travelling with teens. I can highly recommend this company. They price matched another company that had also quoted.”

“I received an email reply over the weekend to my query even though Andrea’s auto reply said she wasn’t in the office until Monday. Regardless of which standard of cabin I choose Andrea always makes me feel I have made the right choice, and I love her accent, I now associate it with going on holiday.”

“We booked through Cruise118 with Brittany Bennett. From the first call to all the way through our booking, Brittany gave us 1st class service. If we called or emailed, we got a reply straight away which takes away any stress related with the holiday. Booking a cruise is like a minefield with so many different cabins, decks, ships etc but with Brittany’s advice, we had everything booked without the worry of it being the wrong choice. Cruise118 should recognise outstanding staff and promote them to keep this level of high customer service.”
