“Due to the virus lockdown, we had to cancel our arrangements with 118 But thanks to the 118 team they pulled out all the stops to get the refunds that were due. So I can only say that I highly recommend this company when planning a cruise.”

“We have used Cruise 118 before but a considerable time ago we were very happy with them at the time so didn't hesitate to book through them again I spoke with Daniel Norris this time and he has been absolutely great to deal with He has been very helpful with everything so far and went out of his way to get our cruise booked We are now looking forward to our NCL cruise in January and will hopefully be able to thank him even more on our return Many thanks Daniel Regards Karen Marsh”

“Just booked our cruise and it was very straightforward and simple. Our Sales Concierge, Emma O’Reilly, was brilliant. She explained everything fully and comprehensively. We had a few questions/concerns that she answered very professionally and helpfully. At no time did we feel like we were under any pressure to book and she was very patient with us.
