“This is the 14th cruise we have booked via Cruise 118, all via Andrea McDiarmid. Exemplary service as usual. This one was a last minute booking & everything was sorted swiftly & efficiently. It is like talking to an old friend. Advice is always spot on!”

“Excellent service, yet again, in booking our next cruise holiday. Jen Stevenson is a fantastic cruise concierge who has managed my latest and my previous booking. Extremely helpful with a friendly manner. Nothing is too much trouble in order to find the best fit cruise. Highly recommend using cruise 118, I have used them for my last 4 holidays.”

“Spent thousands with this company in the past but the service recently has gone down hill. If I could get through to someone how cares it would be a miracle. Cruise in 50 days time, but no flights or hotels. over 2 hours on the phone only to be cut off when we start to talk. As for the chat. it would be nice to have that option.”
