“Rebecca Rimmer, Sales Concierge, was extremely helpful with us, we had various queries and Rebecca answered all to our satisfaction. Also rang back when suited us and waited patiently as we booked flights to match cruise departure. I have used Cruise118 before and have never been disappointed with the service. This will be our Honeymoon/Birthdays so cannot wait!! Thanks Cruise118 and mostly Rebecca :)”

“Andrea McDiarmid has gone above and beyond to help a group of eight of us to change our bookings from one cruise to another she has been patient extremely helpful through what has been a very stressful time fir us having to cancel one cruise due to upset from a previous cruise she has been understanding and extremely helpful and I would like cruise 118 to personally thank her from us all once again for our appreciation I would recommend anyone to use Andrea again thank you so much Andrea x”

“Staff particularly Shelley was efficient and friendly. I opted for a balcony cabin but had not realised you had other options such as concierge class or aqua class etc. I should have done more research so maybe worthwhile telling future clients. Not a grumble just an observation. We would probably have gone for concierge class”

“I will not be booking again with 118 for any of my future cruises . When I have checked - looking a celebrity’s price of my exact room plus my flights ( using the exact same airlines as quoted by my booking etc) I could have booked the same package cheaper myself . Very disappointed indeed ; I thought as a loyal customer you would have given me the very best deal. Definitely won’t use you again neither will my friends and family:(”
