“We booked a cruise with 118 in Dec. 2023 and was looked after by Jennifer Stevenson. We were very impressed how good and professional Jennifer was. Today we have booked a future cruise for 2025 with Jennifer and she has done a great job in looking after us again. We would happily recommend Cruise 118 to anyone who loves cruising.”

“I booked a 3nt cruise on MSC Virtuosa on the evening of 21st May for 4 people, for which I paid a £100 deposit. On the 22nd May I received confirmation of the bookings, stating that the balance of the cruise was due 'not later than the 24th June.' However, on 23rd May I received an e-mail stating that my booking was overdue from 22nd May and threatening that 'if the balance was not paid within 7 days the cruise would be cancelled.' Not only was the demand incorrect, but I found the tone of the e-mail threatening therefore I replied to the e-mail voicing my concerns. To-date I have not received any reply to my e-mail or an apology for the mistake. Other than that the on-line chat was great, confirmations and other information were prompt, except for confirmations of bookings made for the speciality restaurants.I”
