I was very pleased with the service provided, I discussed my requirements over the phone with a cruise118 representative (Laura), she was quick to understand what I wanted and was able to arrange everything that I required very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. She was professional and very courteous at all times and I have received all the details of my trip, ATOL certificates, invoices etc promptly.

Appalling! Made booking online, took money and received no confirmation. Called them to enquire and I don’t exist. Customer services actually sighed when I said I hadn’t had my email confirmation. Now trying to get my money back.

I spoken to Karoline Barrett to assist me in finding the right and affordable cabin for us. Wow!! What a STAR she was...she went the extra, extra mile to assist me. Thumbs up to her!!πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ More than Excellent Customer Care and Service received. She was very informative and soo very much knowledgeable about the itinerary and the places we will be visiting!! What a pleasant, helpful and bubbling personality she have. I would not give her 5 Stars but 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could. Keep on smiling Karoline and Continue rendering Great Customer Service!! Well Done!!! Forsure will recommend her and Cruise118 200%.

When I booked the cruise I told the salesman that I wanted a stateroom near the centre of the ship but was sold one right at the front I’ve sent 2 emails but haven’t received a reply as I had to upgrade
