“The booking process was straightforward and Laura our concierge very friendly. We were given clear options and useful information and we’re happy with the deal that we selected. The only thing that makes it 4 stars not 5 is that I had to chase up the confirmation email, leading to a nervous 24 hours. A small mistake though on a generally good experience.”

“Made a snap decision to book a transatlantic crossing and hotel package to New York . Our travel concierge was Sam who was completely professional and patient whilst making my many enquiries . I had to make a couple of phone calls to tie up some loose ends and despite being extremely busy with back to back calls I was called back within 10 minutes. Which in my experience never happens . So far couldn’t be happier with my choice of cruise operator.”

“Karoline was a terrific help to me, she had the patience to listen to my request and advise me accordingly. I was very impressed with her working knowledge, I was put at ease with her confidence and patience. I am 70 and suffer with MS, Karoline made this whole booking service so easy and enjoyable for me. Absolutely STRESS FREE I most definitely will call Cruise118 and ask for her by name the next time I book a Cruise. X”
