“Never used this company before but we will be doing in future. Very impressed with their efficient calm free helpful attitude especially the lady who dealt with our booking Jennifer Stevenson. “This is the second time I have use Cruise118 and I will definitely use them again. I started my booking enquiry with Sian just on the chat and she was super efficient. We soon progressed to her sending me email quotes and I have to say, the price quoted for an MSC Cruise was too good to resist. Needing to discuss the holiday with my husband, I arranged for a follow up call from Cruise118 on the Sunday at 2pm and dead on 2pm I received my call, went through everything again and booked. Superb!”

“Have booked with Cruise 118 a number of times. I like being greeted by my name before being transferred to a concierge. Jen was extremely helpful and called back at the agreed time. She helped select the best suite and there was a good saving on the MSC price. Confirmation of all booking followed by e.mail shortly after booking. As usual the customer service was excellent.”
