“Aimee Harding once again was absolutely brilliant and a credit to your company. She went out of her way yet again to accommodate all of our requirements and even changed our flights and hotel saving us over £500. This is the 2nd or 3rd cruise that we have booked with her and she will be our first contact for our next cruise. I cannot speak highly enough of her, thank you.”

“Spent a long time telling the consultant the ages and birth dates of our grandchildren and son. All dates put on wrong for them. Not told there were no cabins for three people on board the Ventura for our trip in August until after given the quote and so cost me another almost £2,000 to get a another cabin (inside) for solo use. Another Consultant tried to amend the booking but then invoice sent again with wrong details on. Exasperated.”

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The initial quotation provided was for two cabins, with both cabins priced the same. This indicates that the pricing was not based on three guests sharing one cabin. Unfortunately, Ventura has a very limited number of three berth cabins, and for a peak August sailing, none were available at the time of enquiry. Once this was identified, your concierge explained the situation and confirmed that the only available option was to book an additional cabin. We sincerely apologise for the errors with the dates of birth on the documentation. These have now been fully corrected, and we appreciate how frustrating it can be to have to review amended invoices. Thank you again for your feedback, which has been shared internally. “I,'ve lost count of how many times we,'ve booked with 118,always through the delightful and ultra- efficient Lexi.Nothing too much trouble and always good advice.Prices always good.Only ever had one problem and that was the fault of Singapore Airlines and not 118.Would recommend this company highly”

“Dealing with Dan at six star cruising is delightful. My first experience was last year - he listens and helps with every aspect of what is needed by the individual. Personally, I do my own 'homework' on pricing so that I have some idea of what I should be paying so that when Six Star quoted I knew it was competitive. I requested all my final paperwork in written form not just by e-mail as we are 'senior citizens'. We did experience problems with transfers in Mumbai and this is being handled by the relevant department at Six Star.”

“Scarlett was very helpful in booking our cruise. The headline price was similar to other online agents but Cruise 118 were offering a further online discount which made it very competitive. However, this was not working properly. Fortunately Scarlett was able to resolve this to our satisfaction.”
