“In recent quarter Cobwes support has been pretty crappy, in Q2 2022 they have been much better, its rare to get a call back at all let alone the same week, but my last 3 issues have had callback the same day and even resolutions within 24 hours. really very good”

“Did not respond to my email request for password problem and after waiting all day had to phone. Was told I had to do certain things to obtain reset of email and when he actually listened to what I had done instead of jumping to conclusions I had in fact done everything I should have. At this point it was sorted promptly but pity I had to go through all this to get there”

“it has taken over a week to get a basic email released despite emails from the administrator being sent to request and chasers also being sent”

“A few issues with getting through to support as it put me on hold twice and then just cut me off. However once connected to Evan he dealt with the matter very quickly and I am very happy now.”
