“Spot on with knowledge on how to resolve issue. Full set of information communicated over three calls as I did not understand full impact of changes suggested. But issue was resolved in short time and my calls were answered promptly. As always, I can rely on Cobweb Support.”

“I had a problem signing into my email account. I rang Cobweb, and after getting through the menus selections, I got connected to Technical Support in around a minute. The agent talked me through the process of trying to fix the problem then took control of my computer to fix the problem remotely. He diagnosed and corrected the problem very quickly then checked my account for any nasties that might have CAUSED the problem in the first place. Would I recommend Cobweb Solutions as an IT company based on their technical support? Absolutely.”
