Excellent service had problems with the password and Marc Hughes was very patient with me as I am elderly and not very quick with IT we sorted the problem.

I inadvertently switched MS Outlook mail views, maybe I hit a hot-key. Mark got it in one and saw me safely back on the path of normal service in a jiffy! Normal Cobweb service!

I am 73 years of age and found renewing the password very difficult Marc Hughes was extreemly patient and talked me through the process.

this folder was actioned quicker than previous requests for this task on other projects, it would however be helpful for someone to tell me once it was complete so I know that the folder is now available to use.

Unfortunately since 1st February on receiving the email from Cobwen Provisioning regarding New User Credentials and the changes made to our Microsoft 365 account we have been unable to access our emails on our iPad and iPhone, as well as our iMac. Max Edmund White was able to access our computer remotely and sort this problem. However, since February we have not had emails on our devices which has been very inconvenient. Following several phone calls and emails to the support team, I have been disappointed with the advise and ‘support’. My daughter Georgina from River Woodwork has also been involved as I was told by Mark I was not the administrator but Georgina was. We have been going around and around with Password reset requests etc and actually following Evan Cook’s distinguished advice and expertise he resolved the problem which would seem was permissions needed to be granted. I would like to congratulate Wvan and cannot speak highly enough of his manner and customer support. However, it has taken over 2 months to resolve. I was given to understand that the problem was due to password input error and therefore my fault. It would appear from Evan’s last email that it is in fact that Cobweb had not granted the correct permissions. I trust that this will be taken into consideration with our next invoice and we will be receiving some sort of reimbursement for the inconvenience and problems caused. Many thanks, Grace Selfe
