“It took some days to get the first response and had to send a chaser email, which solicited an immediate response that moved us forward to a resolution. Did not really cause us a problem as was non urgent being an overhang from the migration to Office 365 a while back.”

“Took nearly two weeks to resolve issue which was remove an email address. Another one never got actioned 21/1/21. We now do not need it now but feel we need to chase up with phone calls in future.”

“all good- problem was solved quickly and we got a way moving forward how to deal with spam emails of that kind. i passed that on to the team.”
