“Alex was fantastic. Super helpful, knowledgeable, nice. He fixed the issue very quickly (once I called). That said, it took 6 days for Cobweb to start helping. The ticket got created immediately (as you always do so that your response metric look excellent), but the reality is that tickets still languish with no ownership. I also spoke to Josh who was equally outstanding and nice.”
