This morning I needed to contact Cobweb because although on 28th December I'd had very useful support to get past the new MS Authentication process on my PC by loading the new MS Ap onto my Android phone I subsequently discovered that Outlook on my phone was no longer displaying up-to-date emails although it was showing that there were emails to view in my inbox. Again very frustrating. However, Alec was able to talk me through the whole process by sending a new PW to an alternative email a/c which fortunately I do have and so after uninstalling Outlook off my smartphone and then reinstalling it we managed to get Outlook operational again on the phone. I'm now back using Outlook on both my PC and phone BUT MS really have made life an absolute chore with these wretched authentication and security changes! Anyway, thanks again Alec and Mitchel at Cobweb because I definitely could not have sorted these issues without support! Rgds Chris in E Sussex.

Hello, I've not had to use Cobweb Solutions for a considerable time BUT this new MS Authentication process had really upset me because I could no longer access my Outlook a/c on my PC although it was still working on my rather old Samsung Android phone. I'm not that IT literate being in my 3rd age and I'm really annoyed with MS for springing this wretched new authentication system on me because I was quite content with things as they were! Anyway, Mitchel at Cobweb was very calm and talked me through the whole convoluted process in about 10 minutes and I'm now back at my PC k/b managing my Outlook emails. So, Cobweb has once again earned my gratitude and I'm pleased I've remained with the company for decades despite being a very basic individual client. Kind Regards, Chris W.
