“We were suffering with a business-critical issue and the Support team took a week to get back to us. In which time, we had to seek the help of an independent IT specialist to identify and resolve the issue.”

“Working with Dave Pack was a real pleasure. Whilst the phone call was lengthy, he was able to run a remote session, identify the problems we were having and resolve them all. Finally a short run through training session with me, staying on the phone whilst I completed a number of tasks gives me the confidence to work on my own in future!!”

“As we are apparently using 3rd party software no one has actually confirmed that the TLS has been updated for us. I assume it has but this has never been confirmed. It has taken multiple calls and emails to get things moving”

“Both technicians were polite and speedy in resolving the situation but I had to call twice in 5 minutes because one problem was fixed. When I checked it out another problem arose hence the second call. Might it be possible for them to wait while the customer checks out the fix to see if something else occurs? I'm not dissatisfied. It was just annoying to have to do it”
