“The support given was acceptable because there was no urgency to my problem, I had an initial EMail response then after a missed phone call from yourselves, followed up on the same day by myself, the return call was not received until the following day.”

“Not the most helpful advice. I ended up fixing the issue on my own and so the advisor did a few things on my computer but ultimately didn't know what caused the issue in the first place and didn't let me know.”
