“Very pleased with the resolution on this occasion. Puzzled by why the previous handling of the same issue was so vastly different - had us try lots of things that never resolved the issue!!”

“Josh had not encountered our problem before so he referred the problem upwards. In the intervening time I had our own IT team solve the issue. This is the first time that Cobweb did not resolve the issue them selves but this is understandable.”
