“The new method is not easy and quick. When we could go through the Control Pannel was more efficient. Progress is slow and not considering the age and level of understanding of the customer in contact. My Password issue is resolved but not Microsoft Bitlocker recovery issue. I shal follow it up with microsoft. It seems the Key is too long. The last person Michael was very helpful and creative to find the problem. My passwod had currency (£) as symbol which changed and it was resolved after a week.”
