“The onboarding journey has been very smooth and I have found the team to be very knowledgable. Morgan, Mitch and Andrew have been great. Setup has been completed in-line with timelines agreed allowing us to get CE on a quick turnaround which was critical for our client contracting so thank you. The only remianing element is to onboard existing hardware onto the tenant. Work Ons The hardware ordering process could be smoother. From my perspective an online portal to order and delivery/ fullfilment notifications would be great so I know when our staff are due to receive the hardware. We also had an issue with laptops being issued without chargers but this is being resolved.”
