“I have had several years of trouble free tech. I'm a senior and not techie in the slightest and when my Outlook Exchange started playing up I had to call the help line. I spoke with Rhys who patiantly took me through all sorts of action and after a shortwhils we had the matter sorted. Thank you Rhys. It has been many years, possibly 10, since I had to use the help line. I can assure everyone it hasn't changed - IT'S BRILLIANT!”
