“I had an issue with my email but Cobweb resolved it quickly and professionally. Reuben was especially nice and patient . He made sure everything was working before closing the case, Highly recommended!”

“Cobweb as a company are not anywhere near as good as they were 15yrs ago ...I have been a customer fir over 23yrs and they get poorer in trrms of quality every year ..Im not sure if they have new management or whether they have been bought over ..but they are just a shadow of their former self However the young guy Reuben that dealt with my most recent complaint was excellent ...very attentive and efficient in dealing with my complaint...maybe if you had more Reuben you would have a better company”

“Cobweb is a great firm for small firms. I use the MS 365 suite and whenever I manage to create gremlin, Cobweb always manage to solve the problem.”
