“Alex has been totally brilliant helping me to reconfigure the main computer, the ipad and the iphone. Patient and knowledgeable very special help compared to most help lines. As far as Cobweb is concerned the brevity of the notifications ie 2 mins before my email packed up and the virtually absent and verbally unhelpful written emails I think are terrible and the management should look to itself to sort out. My email packed up not a by your leave and the instructions were awful. You should have sent a red email pointing out that everything was going to end but no just pages of jargon. Well done Alex the best thing you did was to employ a man like that. patricia todd”
