“Josh took me through what I needed to set up the Cobweb upgrade. Very happy e:mail working. The only thing I am not sure about is I had some Peter Gayler folders which includes my Sage payslips from my employer. If I can find them through this folder that would be helpful otherwise I will retrieve hopefully from my employer. Many thanks for your assistance. Kind regards Peter Gayler”

“Top class support. Phone answered quickly, support technician took control of my computer and upgraded me from Steam-Email (Pop3) to a shiny new Exchange account. Importing my historical data file would have taken hours, (I need the history on my local drive because I sometimes don't have internet access) would have taken hours, so he imported a year's worth of data and talked me through importing the remainder. He even sent a link on how to do it. Couldn't have asked for more.”
