On 2 Dec I wrote with a request for domain pointing. No reply. I tried again on 5 Dec & received a reply on 7 Dec to say change had been made. I am told by the guy whom manages my website that the change has STILL NOT BEEN MADE? INC 227133

Excellent support from Alex - showed great patience and very proactive. RE: Your e-mail communication to support this upgrade. For me - it was poor, OK for information but poor for communicating next steps. I would suggest that you have a variety of communication messages based upon IT knowledge levels and how different psychological types like to 'take in information/data. Kind regards Mitchell

I'm having trouble loading files to the cloud. The guy who helped me did his best. My criticism of this experience is more technical. I still have not successfully loaded everything. I'm having to do it in smaller batches...that then get rejected. The guy who helped me said it was down to a load limit imposed by Microsoft. Not good. Painful, actually. It would be good if you could find a work around. If only for the initial download. Once that is done, I won't need to load as many big files, again. Frustrated. Steve

Alex was absolutely brilliant, very understanding and got the nature of the problem very quickly. It’s not always easy dealing with a 51 year old techno-divvy but he was really calm and reassuring and got me back into my email inbox quickly, and has left me with detailed instructions how to access the same every time using the technology that I have at home. Give him a pay rise! Many many thanks

Hi, Well, the initial upgrade on my PC was helped very much by the assistance of Declan, who took over both my own and my wife's PC's and did the upgrade for us - great work thank you! However, the next stage of getting mail on our I Phones & I Pads has been a nightmare that had me bouncing my phone off the wall at one stage!! Now, following a message from William yesterday and a conversation with Alex this morning + the link and help from Alex on what box to tick to question asked by Microsoft (I should talk to William about this and take his advice if I were you) - we are all happy again. Thank all those involved on the support side ~ you have saved my bacon yet again!!

Cobweb have always been an excellent service provider; a 24/7 service with helpful and very patient technicians. Michael Wight was extremely helpful today. However: I believe the instructions I received at the "changeover" were with 30 minute notice, and I was subsequently cut off for 4 days from incoming emails / you were (unusually) very difficult to contact and I have had to pay a local IT firm considerable fees to get me a temporary email connection. In hindsight, you could have scheduled more technicians to be on call at the "changeover". Having told you by phone that my problem was not being able to receive emails, you then sent me an email with advice! After 2 days disconnection, I was awarded a level 4 urgency (up to 5 days to resolve) - meaning no internet for up to 7 days, at a time when I am trying to run a business and I am self-isolating. Having said all that, I do rate Cobweb's support over the years to be great, and I do thank you for being 24/7 key workers during the covid crisis.

The ticket was marked as urgent. "Tom" reached out to me the night of the issue. I responded right away with screenshots and a description of the issues I was experiencing. I never got a reply from him at all. I followed up several times over the next week and a half with no response. I finally called (U.S. to the UK) and was told that my ticket had been closed because they had forwarded my ticket to Microsoft 360 and they "tried to reach out to me with no answer". I never received a call or email from anyone. After I called cobweb, a new technician re-opened and forwarded my contact information to Microsoft 360 where I worked directly with them.
