“James was tenacious in sorting out the problem , even though, as he explained, it was not one he had encountered before. James sought help and advice from senior colleagues when he was unsure and that gave me confidence. He was calm, logical and thorough and explained both the likely problem and the possible solutions clearly and patiently. James was good humoured throughout and went the extra mile to get my e mail working. .”
