“For various reasons, several of your team were helpful since Microsoft decided to upgrade outlook. As log in problems were becoming a continuing issue, Mitchell Campbell assisted me successfully to change both phone and PC this afternoon and for this I am extremely grateful. “Mitchell Campbell was most helpful to me today. For example, he told me about the portal.office, which tells me which applications are available to me - something NO ONE at Cobweb ever told me. He tried to upgrade me, he tried many options, he cleaned up the Microsoft mail interface appearance, he merged both 'types of mail' into focus so I don't have to go to two places, he explained why Microsoft Exchange email worked on my iphone 7Plus but could not connect on my Mac. He spent alot of time with me. I still have to transfer the contents of each and every email folder that I though I was saving 'On my mac' because that it what it said, when actually what it meant was that I was saving those hundreds of specific email folders on the Microsoft/Cobweb server. He was very kind.”
