“Overall extremely smooth, with no major hiccups. Minor comment would be that there were a couple of steps where change happened before I had all of the information on what that change would be and how to brief my users. It resulted in some queries that I couldn't answer for a couple of hours, but not a major issue in the scheme of things. Given the risk that you break email delivery completely when implementing a system like this, I thought it went very smoothly overall.”
