“Exceptionally helpful and ensured I could login with new Windows 11 system and use of Authenticator mobile app with multiple accounts and advised me which ones had Office 365 licences. Excellent member of staff.”

“Josh Puddick and all the other technicians (bar Joshua Lake who was very rude and unhelpful) were superb and at least using your advanced tool you have finally discovered my missing SENT items however I have been complaining of this issue for many months if it hadn't been for Josh and Tanya who was so love I would have changed provider. so a final thank you !”
