Logged an issue with email account transfer and closing account. It is the mark of an excellent company when they will invest as much time and effort into a (long-standing) customer who is leaving as a new customer on-boarding. The issue was researched well, explained accurately, the right personnel were deployed and the communication throughout the whole process was good. An outstanding support experience.

To find ourselves suddenly - and I do mean from one day to the next - with no warning email notification, after being with microsoft outlook for emails our entire business lives and after all the years of paying Cobweb to service those email accounts is a very low blow blow indeed. Unscrupulous to say the least. Microsoft blithely decided our accounts on older devices constituted ‘’legacy” accounts which they are no longer interested in and simply dropped us. I have in effect lost all my email folders because Microsoft will not migrate them. Now to even get my mail I have to go to an outlook site via Safari to a layout that is one of the worst I have experienced. Microsoft Outlook, you have certainly joined the ranks of the untrustworthy.

almost 3 weeks for a domain transfer? I gave up and was about to move it to godaddy. I may move it back as if anything else goes wrong I can't wait 3 weeks for an update.

A tricky set of issues that Michael Foster-Reed was presented by me. He was incredibly patient with me and solved all of the problems, other than Microsoft caused.

Josh was very understanding and attentive. He gave clear instructions and while due to the age of my IT equipment couldn’t fully restore my access to the emails, I have a full workaround which is fine. Couldn’t have asked for a better support agent.
