“Marc was very attentive but the issue wasn't resolved and I had to find another techological support person to find and deliver the solution. It seems we dont know between Cobweb and The Alexander Partnership who switched on the unnecessary archiving of my calendar and e-mails but retrieving the lost data took many phone calls to Cobweb and eventually I had to bring in a 3rd party to resolve it. Not the best use of my time really.”

“Been meaning to get around to write a review on Elliot as he's helped me on a number of different tickets. He's super patient and continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is okay. He's quick and efficient and it's always a pleasure when Elliot is on the other side of the phone!”
