“Whilst the solution was effective it took a week to get one and a lot of chasing. On the 2 times i called, 2 days apart it felt like my ticket had been forgotten or made no progress due to staff sickness. On a brighter note Josh Puddick who answred the phone on my final chaser was excellent, he gave me a solution to the issue within hours of calling.”
