“I have been very impressed with how Josh Lake dealt with my issue. He is clearly very knowledgeable, has been able to explain things really easily to me to understand the issues and the steps that need to be taken to resolve them. I appreciate it has taken a bit longer to resolve than maybe it should have due to me working part-time and my availability, and his friendly nudges to make sure we get it sorted have been welcomed. Josh is also very polite and friendly, so keep up the good work!”
