“Does not work, just adds confusion Get to Cobweb home to be told we are not registered - and thats after logging in with Global Admin Result is - You just lost a sale, purchased licenses elsewhere and applied locally, Not ideal and very frustrating but typical Cobweb Bear in mind this action was taken from the original request to access cobweb home - Your reply was:- To access Cloud Market, you will first need to access Cobweb Home, please refer to the attached guide which walks you through the login process, you may need to be a Microsoft Global Admin to complete this process for your business. Once logged in, click on the Cloud Market link, enter your email address, click continue and then “Forgot Password” to set your new password. Cloud Market does not contain pricing; you can find pricing in Cobweb Home located here If you have any questions, we’re here to help.”
