“Cobweb are clearly very expert technically. They assisted with a Google Workspace migration to Microsoft and the transition has worked completely. My only negative comments are: 1 - there was a lot of technical work pushed back on myself as the consumer, such as changing DNS records etc, which was part of the service I expected Cobweb to do, as I'm not as technically expert as they are 2 - they billed up front for the entire amount before the job was complete and signed-off, which I didn't think was appropriate”

“Cobweb pretty much do what they say they will. I don't find their dashboard particularly user-friendly, but they appear to be updating things, so hopefully that will include some user-friendliness improvements.”
