“Josh has been outstanding in trying to help me resolve an issue. I spoke to him and Reuben yesterday and the issue had to be referred to Microsoft, with no response time in sight! However, Josh proactively contacted me yesterday afternoon to book a call this morning ..... and has fixed the problem! I am so grateful to him. Thank you very much”
