Outstanding support experience. Firstly when I had an email account compromised, this was spotted within minutes by Cobweb, who called proactively to alert me, and arrested the problem immediately and so contain the damage. Secondly, a laptop motherboard change triggered a Microsoft issue which Cobweb had previously encountered, and patiently worked through to resolve. Providers of my laptop service support agreement had not been able to diagnose this and so had left me without a resolution up to then.

Michael is a very clever "Spider" and helped me, as a newcomer to Mimecast, toggle setting to block dangerous mails. Now I get it, I can do this my self. Thank you for a painless and swift remedy. Michael. Just what you expect, the The Very Clever Band of Spiders chez Cobweb would do!

Very quick response and good support. The only criticism was that I wasn't made aware that a password reset came from Microsoft and not Cobweb so I wasn't looking out for it. Other than that, a very good service thank you.
