“Must give Florian 10/10 for his work moving our 8 companies from HEX2013 to M365. I was dreading the experience but Florian and Cobweb smoothed the way, in particular with the Mimecast setup. Thanks”

“I was in a state having discovered my Office 365 account had been hacked. I had two calls to sort it and both were superb in helping with both the diagnostics and fixing. Hence, why I have been with Cobweb over 20 years”

“I called the number on the bottom of your ticket support and gave up holding at two hours and one minute... only because I had also been emailing someone happened to call me back not long after I hung up. He was great and we have sorted my account.”

“Issue has taken over a month to resolve, however upon chasing again after a lack of contact for some time it was then resolved in 24 hours, speedy and efficient support from Andrew Sharpe”
