service was poor throughout, migration failed initially and had to be redone, migration was started without us being informed - sales had told us it would happen at a convenient date but we were never consulted. our systems crashed during work hours when that happened.

Total confusion from the first communication to the last regarding pricing & options. very unusual as normally the assistance from the technical dept is superb

Speed or level of service when rectifying a problem entirely created by cobweb is fairly irrelevant, it shouldn't have happened in the first place. You deleted a load of our mailboxes that you shouldn't have done because you didn't read an email properly, causing hours of unnecessary hassle for both us and our clients. Awful.

Great knowledge and speed of reply but really disappointed in Cobweb’s policy of not supporting Wordpress. Why not?!

All services with stopped rather than some services. Thsi meant we were wouldout external email for atleast 3 hours.

This ticket is not resolved, I asked for credit for the months we were paying for the licences that should have been cancelled. I was also introduced to Cobweb in September and then I was told in March that I'm not added to the account to requests changes, while I was able to request changes to the account in the whole time.

Multiple comments have been provided to Cobweb but summary was that the switch from exchange to 365 was very poorly handled resulting in my email being shut down with my knowledge, twice!

I had multiple emails from Cobweb about invoicing, some with an invoice amount of zero, others asking me to clink on links that did not exist. it was all very confusing. Dealing with Ruben on the phone was great, but for the person sitting at the end of an email inbox the service was far from adequate. If you wish to discuss this then please call me, and I will send you the plethora of confusing emails, all of which appeared to be automatically generated.
