Normally you guys are great and I appreciate the service. The last individual I spoke to on the query needs some customer service training, they guys before then were ace. Happy to give you detail and as stated normally you guys are great.

i have problems with emails going into junk- both directions. i have sent examples but it still happens.

Took nearly two weeks to resolve issue which was remove an email address. Another one never got actioned 21/1/21. We now do not need it now but feel we need to chase up with phone calls in future.

It took the 2 weeks to eventually respond and pay attention to my query that my international calling plan was not working. I lost money because of that. I lot can be done to improve response times. Also they were really not sure what was wrong they were just doing trial and error. Very poor service

Called with a query and was told to click 'x y z'. I have done this and now I have more problems and on the phone to fix missing emailes and mail box access. Wghen a client calls for help remote assistnce by logging onto the machine to investigate is the best approach. Now we have bigger issues and another ticket for you to look at watsing time for both businesses. You should learn and train your handlers in first call resolution.

This took way too long to resolve and needed intervention from a manager. Even then, SPF records were not updated. Your SLAs mean nothing.

The final resolution was very quick, however to get any service had to threaten to report to MD, not the way I wish to operate and sad it had to get to that stage. Still waiting to find out exactrly what Cobweb actually do for me, to consider future

The problem has got worse since the ticket has been raised and simple instructions have not been followed. It is the client who seems to have to take responsibility to ensure we are invoiced correctly and then keep explaining what is wrong with the invoice. We are now being overcharged for services and I have to waste more time trying to get the problem fixed!

Whilst the response was acceptable, the time taken to repond was totally unacceptable. Non deliverability of emails becuase of IP blocking is a time sensitive issue, and not somthing to be left 5 days before replying. This is wholly unacceptable.
