“Many thanks to Louis for fixing this so quickly. I appreciated the immediate phone contact which allowed me quickly to explain the details of the problem. Communication back and forth by email can be time consuming, whereas an initial phone conversation can achieve a lot in a short space of time.”

“I clearly advised to upgrade our package, and I'll apply the licenses to my users. However, instead you ignored my comment and applied them yourself. In doing so, you removed 2 licenses from accounts which are in use! That stopped emails and caused an issue for 24/48hrs”
