“Verbal help over the phone on about three occasions yesterday with my employed technical computer expert who did the talking on my behalf with myself listening ion, was good other than withj one of your employees who was abrupt and unhelpful, which my colleague commented immediately to me afterwards and which also I recall from earlier conversations with presumably this same individual last August/September when I was abroad in France and had trouble with reception of E mails. Other than that, the two or three others who assisted my colleague were helpful and efficient.”

“We are very pleased with the system. It is affording us multiple layers of protection from 2FA through to seemless running of Defender in the background with our existing antivirus. Having control over our devices combined with Bit Locker is really a very powerful option. Once the porocess is complete we will gradually ratchet up the security as we go eg limiting locations from which the system can be accessed.”

“There was initially a mistake (the opposite to what I requested was carried out) but as soon as this was realised your staff pulled out all the stops and were incredibly apologetic and helpful and all was sorted to my satisfaction.”
