“Sent the request in mid afternoon and had a response early morning the next day. Took 5 minutes of answering my many questions and walking me through the process. Issue solved 100% quickly. The engineer was very polite, professional and friendly.”

“The migration was very good and Florian was also very good and a pleasure to work with. My complaint is that it took far too long - weeks - to migrate only 4 users. I realise there were technical difficulties coming over from GoDaddy, however, I'm sure they would have been surmounted a lot faster had we been a 400-user sign-up rather than a mere 4.”
