“Seemed to be pretty much on the ball. Took a little time through an arrow on my part not submitting NCD from previous insurer, but I was politely notified by email. That said, I felt that during a phone call to CIG about the above, the call handler spoke in quite a sarcastic tone IMHO and I didn't appreciate that.”
