“Fortunately haven’t needed them in an emergency but in general admin of my policy they seem pretty efficient and helpful.”

“I have been with City Insurance since 2011 for both my Car Insurance and my House and Contents Insurance. I have always found them to be polite, helpful and straightforward with advice and in providing an annual offer for policy renewal. They are careful to change the Insurer as needed to provide me with sound and economic cover. I appreciate being able to discuss my cover by telephone. I like also to pay my annual premium by bank card rather than by direct debit which most other companies seem to prefer. I find City Insurance trusted, reliable people with whom to work.”

“Have used City Insurance for many years for both Car and House Insurance and have found them always helpful and very professional. There are no delays in answering the phone and quick to respond to any query. Their fees are usually competitive and they respond to quotes from other insurers both positively and in a supportive manner. Paperwork is very clear.”
