“Experience with City Insurance Group was mostly positive. The staff were friendly and reacted quickly when I called, and I got a decent deal for what I needed. On the downside, the premium was a bit higher than I expected and there were some hidden fees when cancelling early. Overall I’d use them again, but would check all details carefully.”

“The City Insurance group car insurance team have been brilliant. Jordan, Creig and Liam have helped me to find the best insurance for my son as a learner driver on my car, through to insuring him on his own car. They have taken the time to look at the best ways to make sure we have the insurance we need at the most efficient price. They have advised ways that we can reduce my sons premium, whilst ensuring that he is correctly covered and this has made a big difference. City Insurance provide a professional helpful, and friendly service and I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.”
